If you would like support in maintaining balance, clarity, and relaxation, this is the class for you! You can also enhance your creativity with this relaxing evening meditation. Monday, February 24, 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm in Banker’s Hill. Free street parking at meters after 6pm. Classes are $20 per session. Cash or Venmo is accepted at the time of class.
Meditation helps clear the mind, calm the body, and lets our creativity emerge. This is a style of meditation made for the Western mind.
We will work with the breath, relaxing the body, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience needed and we sit in chairs, not on the floor for this style of meditation.
